Michael Keaton, an American actor and producer best well-known for Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who has the ability to perform both comic and dramatic characters. He has also portrayed a few romantic characters and appeared in several action thrillers during his professional career. He was attracted to performing and acting when the age of his teens and attempted stand-up comedy while a young man. His comedy career wasn't a success, however it helped pave the way to the path to a career in acting. In the end, despite not being a popular comedian, he began working at an television station in a satellite as a crew member. The job at the station was the first time he realized that the only thing he really wanted was to perform in front of cameras. After a couple of episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he could land a television part. An actor with natural talent, he became popular quickly on television. His comedic characters brought him fame and he commenced the career of a filmmaker with high ambitions. His career was further enhanced when he won acclaim for his performance as Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. With time he matured in his acting skills and started to pursue direction and production. The year 2014 saw his appearance as Birdman garnered him many awards and nods.
