Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly known as the stage name Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actress, writer and stand-up comic. Bea's professional career started in 2011 as a comedian following her appearance in a few roles in Irish and British television shows beginning in the year 2009. In 2012, she began to appear regularly on sketches and sitcoms. In the wake of her success during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a number of panel shows.
